This ability is a close-range shockwave-type move, which is perfect for when things get out of hand - and they will - and you find yourself surrounded. These two skills also happen to fall in the Motorics attribute, which buffs the Hydraulic Slam ability you get early on. Even if you plan on using close-range weapons, like shotguns, keeping the spread tight will still make you more deadly.
